Are you journaling?
Journaling is the best tool through your journey. Here’s what it can really do for you.
1) Manifesting. The best and good way to manifest is writing what you want, you can do different methods but my favorite is script writing. You write out your future as if you are already living in it! 2) Goals. Setting goals and describing how you accomplish them. 3) Innerchild. It heals your innerchild when you describe things that floats in your mind about your past 4) Shadow work that heals your triggers and understand why you act out emotionally in ways only you can understand, writing that down helps you change those toxic things about yourself. 5) Dreams. Writing down your dreams can help interpret important messages from the realm to help you in your journey.
Journaling has changed my life and will make a positive impact on yours. Utilize this tool therapeutically or magically.
