Breathe


Did you wake up and BREATHE?


Inhale…… Exhale.


Breathing is so essential to life. I mean we would die when we stop right? But how often are we really breathing? Sometimes we forget to keep it in a steady flow which is not good for us. It open the doors to health issues, brain fog, and more .


But what are the benefits if you breathe CONSECUTIVELY?


1) Releasing Emotions. When you feel very angry or upset about something, breathing deeply take a form of letting go of those emotions that can put you back in a ease. No need to hold on to things, breathing in and out helps you let go faster.


2) Similar to emotions, it also helps release STRESS and TENSION. When people have breakdowns or panics attacks, their resort is breathing to calm their nerves as it helps reset the nervous system from it.


3) Breathing helps detoxify your body. It helps rid of toxins out your blood thanks to the oxygen. You can find it also faster to using the bathroom because of it.


4) Speaking of bathroom, breathing can help aid in weight loss. YES. Weight loss. Since it improves digestion, the airways moving your food quickly as well as debloating your stomach. Why do you also think when sweating and feeling tired after a workout, breathing come into play helping with weight loss?


5). Breathing can help improve your brain functions. It can improve memory and focus since it resets our minds and help clear brain fog .


6) Lastly, it can help boost our energy. Oxygen levels increasing bring in nutrients to fuel us up with more energy and if we are more focused, we become more productive into doing work.


Now that we ran that down. Add breathwork as a routine in the morning or night starting with 1 minute than increase it more as you go. The more the better!
